I ordered the product as I intend to take a vitamin B-12 supplement to try and help with my energy levels. I am not a scientist, nor a clinical researcher and do not have the ability to isolate whether the vitamin B-12 in this product increases my energy levels. But, I can related that the dropper is easy to use, the liquid in which the vitamins are suspended is red and has a very pleasant flavor and I have experienced no negative side effects. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tastiest Sublignual B Vitamin I've Ever Used - Effective

I wouldn't say I look forward to my B-12 sublingual drops, but I certainly do not dread it. These orange drops are in a darkened glass bottle to combat sun damage, and the dropper is easy to use and effectively delivers the correct amount of drops for me every time I use it. The drops themselves have tangy, almost sour-sweetish flavor, and don't make me gag or make a face. I had a set of labs done at the hospital, and my B levels were great (which is rare, I had a gastrectomy in '15 and don't get nutrients very well!). Seeing as it's keeping my B12 in check, it's an effective sublingual supplement for me.
