I do 15 minutes at night before bed on relax and then sleep mode. I get 7 hours of sleep and wake up with a little pain but nothing like I was living with. My brain fog is a lot better. I'm glad I tried it. You do have to find the setting that fits you.

I was so excited to use this product I even went online to download extra soundscapes from sound oasis for use with the product. Used three times and it stopped working properly. One of the most expensive tracks I ordered now just makes high pitched noise every time I try to use it via Bluetooth. Also, you can't turn the introduction off easily. It's challenging to switch between programs and Bluetooth. Very disappointed, I wouldn't waste your money.
