## Description

The Bokashi Composting Method allows you to efficiently and quickly break down wastes in compost bins, soil, and gardens into nutrient-rich humus for your crops or garden with no offensive odors. This process improves overall soil health, drought tolerance, plant quality (i.e. size, color, and shelf life), and naturally loosens compacted soil.

Review: I used it to process my food scraps and collect liquid fertilizer—it worked great.
Review: This bran seems to work better compared to others for me. Ferments seem somewhat faster and more “thorough” for lack of a better term. A little goes a long way. Bran has little to no smell, and the end product smells like it should. I did have 1 bag that started to mold over around 1/2 way through the bag. It appeared to be bokashi mold though. I continued to use the brand, and while it was more chunky, it worked very well.

**Q: There is a really horrible review on this product!  I want some assurance from the company that is now advertising it that review is Just Wrong!**
A: I have used this product for 4 years and am completely satisfied.  So easy, s simple.

**Q: Is this ready to use? After i mixed mine with em-1 molasses +h20, the bag said it alteady had those.**
A: Yes, it is ready to use.  
You could make your own bokashi with rice or wheat bran. Only then you would need to add em-1.  What you did is activated em-1. You would need to let it sit in the dark cool place for a 2-3 weeks until it had acidity 3.5-4.

**Q: I’m so confused, is this bokashi bran that I would use in my bokashi bucket or is this finished compost? The listing says bran but the bag doesn’t**
A: It is bokashi bran you can use in your compost bucket.  It does contain a small amount of compost in it to raise it's NPK so that it could be used as a fertilizer as well.  If you want straight bokashi bran, search for EM Bokashi.

**Q: is the fresh bokashi bran wet and the premium bokashi bran dry?  I'm looking for the dry one.**
A: My bag is labeled fresh and it is a dry product.
