Some of the complaints are foolish. I'm 5'11" and I wanted to be at 6ft, so I had realistic expectations. I didn't expect these to fit into my low tops. They do fit in some Nike lows like Airmaxs and Jordan 11's if you take the original sole out, or better yet, just the black top piece will fit. It is uncomfortable if you try to use both pads (black and gray) in any shoe. These are great to add an inch and a half or so.
