Review: Never ever buy crompton products - Never buy any crompton fans. I bought two BLDC fans and one of them is rotating very slowly. I raised a complaint on crompton website and therir service team called me and said they will come and check but no one came. I raised few more tickets and no body is calling me and then I came to know that all my tickets are cancelled because of incorrect data. Their staff were very rude and they wont even listen to you. Even you enter correct data they will cancel your tickets saying the reason that model number is not correct etc. So I request everyone that not to buy any crompoton products. Their performance is very poor and I am experienced so many times. The only reason that I bought these BLDS fans is they are of less cost compared to other brands. Go for atomberg or Havells but dont buy Crompton. Their service is very poor.
