The item delivered was defective and the top UV lamp is not properly rotating when started. See the attached video clip. The defective product is new and has never been used. I’m currently contacting the seller via Amazon to get a replacement. I also sent emails to support@upanguvsterilizer.com and support@upangusa.com. I’ll keep updating this post about how their CS is.---------Update----------They replied back to me via both Amazon and support@upangusa.com in 24-48 hrs. While there has been some technical issue about sending them directly the video clip, they sent me a new replacement unit first even before I return the defective one. The whole process took about 10 days. The replacement works great and I am glad that the replacement process went smoothly. Totally worth the investment! ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Customers, please do consider! *by M***S on Reviewed in the United States on November 19, 2019* I bought the grey one of this upang uv light for my new baby (4 months now).Everything was great until the unit suddenly stopped working, and I assumed its power line broke down.I tried to find contact info, preferably phone line to talk directly, but I could not find it except its email address which took (and still is taking) forever to communicate.Thankfully they accepted the warranty to get it fixed, but I have been waiting to receive my unit for more a month for what they said was they needed to wait for parts from korea and to inspect what it needed to be fixed on. The company did not offer any replacement to be covered otherwise I had to do the rental on my compensation of its shipment (30+ dollars on one way). I only used the unit less than 3 months and I was happy with its functionality, design, and handiness while adjusting to a very busy life of a new mom, which did not last long enough. A friend of mine warned me before I purchased as she also had a similar bad experience with upang usa customer service (her one had issues with its light functions), and now I regret that I did not listen to her.
