I specifically chose this because it’s made from non-GMO, grass-fed goats and contains A2 milk, which is much easier on digestion. I also appreciate that it’s high in calcium and comes from a company with such a long history (since 1928!). I found out about goat milk powder as an alternative to cow's milk several months ago. I had been using plant-based milks as an alternative to cow's milk since I had developed a sensitivity and while I enjoyed (and still enjoy) PB milks, having the alternative of goat milk has been a pleasant surprise. It's creamy and while I found that it has a slight difference in flavor profile to cow's milk and PB milks, it is not off-putting (to me). Mt. Capra recently upgraded their processing equipment (per an email from a company representative) making it dissolve quickly into warm or hot water. I use it in place of a coffee creamer and really enjoy the creamy and very slightly sweet flavor that it adds.
