Review: Looks More Expensive Than It Is—Soft, Sturdy, and Thoughtfully Designed - I absolutely love this sofa. The red color is rich and sophisticated and really grounds the room while making a statement. The velvet fabric is incredibly soft and gives the couch a much more expensive look and feel than I expected for the price. One detail I especially appreciate is how thoughtfully designed it is. All of the bottom cushions have Velcro so they stay in place (such a huge plus), and even the ottoman has two Velcro attachments to keep the cushion from shifting. It’s one of those little quality details that makes a big difference in everyday use. Another bonus is that the cushion covers are machine washable, which was a major selling point for me. I’ve already spilled water on it, and the fabric seemed to repel it—it wiped up easily and didn’t leave a stain, which really impressed me. The chaise and ottoman make it incredibly comfortable for lounging, and the seating feels supportive while still cozy. The sofa feels sturdy and substantial, but it isn’t so heavy that it’s impossible to move like some higher-end sofas can be. I also love that it clicks together in sections, which makes moving or rearranging much easier. The chaise detaches and the middle section separates as well, so relocating it is far more manageable. It’s not truly modular in the sense that you’d want to leave the sides exposed and reconfigure it regularly, but the sectional design makes moving it much easier than a traditional large sofa. Assembly was easier than I expected. It did take a few hours, though I did it by myself and split it into two sessions with plenty of breaks. Doing it solo was a little tricky at times, but definitely manageable. I used my drill to speed things up, though they include the tools you need if you don’t have one. Overall, this sofa feels sturdy, looks high-end, has thoughtful practical features, and is much easier to live with and move than I expected. I’m so happy with this purchase and would absolutely buy it again.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for the price!!

When I got the pieces, they were packaged nicely in the different boxes, like advertised. I was struggling trying to get the pieces out of the box b/c they were so heavy😩. Anywho I got all the pieces out & I began by sorting all the pieces by letters. Some pieces weren’t labeled, but referring to the instruction manual gave good insight. I found myself having issues in the very beginning because I was trying to screw in the wrong screw. However, once I got over this hurdle I was rolling through the set up fairly quickly. Of course there were some struggles (especially with installing the back pieces and the arm rest on the right) due to having to hold certain pieces to screw it on securely while also trying to avoid it from falling out of place sooo that was really annoying. I started around 4:30 & I didn’t finish until midnight (I took a break because the beginning process defeated me!!) At the end of setting it up I found the cushions to be too big!! Thankfully I had help in the end and he was able to fix my little errors & got it all together. If you have wood flooring like me, the ottoman moves a lot!! I have yet to invest in grippers to prevent this but I plan to do so & advise you to consider doing so as well. The couch has a decent depth, but it’s pretty firm. I’ve slept on it maybe 1-2 times and it’s not all that comfortable. Despite all that, the quality is really really nice, especially for the price! So by that alone I would recommend purchasing. It’s also pretty big, the size of my living room I’d say would be average, like a medium size wall that it’s against. The color is beautiful & the gold sets it off. I’m really happy with my purchase & if you have your heart set on it, I don’t think you’d be disappointed.
