Review: Excellent cheap exercise machine. - This forearm trainer is not just for your forearms. It can be used for multiple exercises. I bought the 12lb version. You can adjust the tension on the spinning wheels that makes it harder or easier, depending on your workout. I used it as a dumb bell, overhead pull down, tricep exerciser. You can search for different exercises online. You can use it for forward and reverse spins. This helps build your biceps and shoulders. This item is very sturdy and well built. I would definitely recommend it. This was bought as a Father’s Day present, and I very pleased with it. For the price, you’re getting a good product. I searched plenty of these before I took the plunge. Definitely the best one out there.

Have to say they are pretty good and certainly seem to target the right muscle groups for off road riding. They are well put together with a nice smooth action. Time will tell if they do the job, but so far I'm very pleased with them.
