Review: Well worth splashing out on - Super product which the whole family thourally enjoyed (especially our two great grandchildren. After watching the DVD my granddaughter and I had it assembled and partly filled in just over 2. 1/2 hours. Some of the parts where different to those shown on DVD which threw us a little and although stating that further instructions followed on the pump this did not materialise it didn't hold us up I do however feel that 7 days for the helpline to answer questions is very excessive

Super product which the whole family thourally enjoyed (especially our two great grandchildren. After watching the DVD my granddaughter and I had it assembled and partly filled in just over 2. 1/2 hours. Some of the parts where different to those shown on DVD which threw us a little and although stating that further instructions followed on the pump this did not materialise it didn't hold us up I do however feel that 7 days for the helpline to answer questions is very excessive
