This review is an update of a previous one.I thought I'd finally found a decent decaf bean and put these on a subscribe and save order. However, the last couple of bags gave been over-roasted. The latest beans are almost black.It is difficult to roast decaf beans but there's surely a quality control issue here.Two stars knocked off. Back to the drawing board!

Coffee is not roasted to order and the label does not have a roasted on date. Update: compared the best before date to the roasted on date from previous orders and have deduced that the roast date is 9 months before the best before. These decaff beans have a best before of 23/04/19 so we're probably roasted 3 months ago. Next time I shall order direct from the site as they obviously use amazon to offload their old beans.

Great price and if, like me you drink a lot of coffee, the imminent 'best before' date is not a problem.  However, there was no indication of strength when purchased and 'swiss water' is a fair description ie refreshing, but lacks body and bite.
