I recommend the FODMAP hoops to anyone and everyone who is dealing with being overweight, diabetic, heart disease, and other inflamation related problems. I noticed a significant Improvement within two weeks with FODMAP, but it was not enough. Further searching led me to this bottle of enzymes and it has been amazing! I know the label sounds like it's just a bunch of digestive enzymes, but it is NOT! I've taken digestive enzymes for years for heartburn. I've been taking these for about 6 weeks now, and it has changed everything! I have more energy, less pain, less or no brain fog, and no irritable bowel syndrome at all! This capsule and many others have the potential to break down if you take it orally. I break open the capsules and add a little warm water. No, ProOneSyme is specifically a systemic enzyme product. The confusing part about it though is that there are several enzyme within the ingredient list that are also used in digestive enzyme formulations. That is because many enzymes can be used for both. But typically, Natokinase, Seaprose S and other select enzymes are most effective inside the body system rather than in the digestive tract. So, ProOneZyme keeps the capsule intact through the empty stomach until it reaches the intestinal tract where it then dissolves and enters and is used most efficiently by the the body. However, If you take with food, it may dissolve and some of the components may be used as a digestive enzyme, but other enzymes may not survive the stomach acids. Most often, digestive enzymes cost less than systemic enzymes. **Q: Is it okay to mix in your water? I have hard time swallowing pills.** A: Hi Amy, Thanks for the question. Rather than mixing the powder into water, we recommend pouring the powder out of the capsules and placing the powder directly on your tongue. Then drink a glass of water, swishing the water around in your mouth to help flush the enzymes, then swallow. If you put the powder into a glass of water, the powder will likely bead up and some may stick to the side of the glass while drinking. This could reduce the amount of enzymes you're getting. The powder does not have a bad taste, so you should be good in that area. Great product! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Findings *by T***E on July 17, 2019* I like this product so far because I noticed the swelling in my ankles and hands go away. I have no medical diagnosis that should cause that. I know I have inflammation d/t Celiac and other autoimmunity. I suspect gut biofilm and that is what made me research and find this highly recommended product. It gives me stomach issues and diarrhea but I am aware that this will pass. I just adjusted the dosage and will titrate up. This has worked well. I don't get bloated nearly what I used to. I know the healing will take a long time due to gut issues. But this has definitely helped with swelling and bloating for sure.
