Shortly after my original review was posted, they reached out and sent me a brand new fireplace, no questions asked! That kind of quick and thoughtful response really impressed me. It shows they stand behind their product and care about their customers. The new fireplace looks just as beautiful, and I’m hopeful it will hold up better through the seasons this time around. I’ve raised my rating from 3 to 4 stars for now and will consider updating to 5 stars once I see how the new one performs long-term. Big thanks to the company for making things right! I’m giving a 3 star rating as it was beautiful, works great, & I did love the aesthetic but it has not held up during the seasons here in KY. This fire pit is so sleek and looks amazing but the best part is that it’s the perfect level to sit and put your feet on the edge of it! No pointy edges to slam your legs into either! So glad we got this. The only thing I wish was different is that I would have liked to choose the rock color. We wanted black so we had to purchase separately.
