The media could not be loaded. Well made, sturdy, clear instructions included. Just pull the knife towards you. No need to add water, or wet the knife.We usually use a manual sharpener, but a friend recommended we try an electric sharpener and saw this one on here.Have just sharpened three of the knives we use most regularly, using the middle and third wheels.It has worked a charm, and the device has a tray underneath that collects the fine metal dust.Will make light work for this task, we are foodies and cook daily, so 🤞🏽 will be useful for many years to come.

Solid product. Needs a common sense approach to using it, so just follow the instructions. Obviously results are dependant on quality of knives, so a good quality knife will sharpen to an excellent edge. Poor quality knives will never get properly sharp. Wish I'd bought this a long time ago. It is much quicker than other methods.

Good and easy to use and sharpens knifes with ease

Very easy to use and sharpens well.

When you power this up it sounds like a sturdy piece of equipment. However, the second you insert a knife - into any of the slots and no matter how lightly you touch the wheels - the motor slows down dramatically and it sounds as though the bearings are about to rattle themselves apart. Also, the grinding wheels do not make equal contact with both the left and right sides of the knife blade. In fact, in my experience, the right hand polishing wheel hardly even made contact with the edge of the knife at all.Very disappointed with such an expensive tool. 😞

I love this Birthday present from my wife,it's amazing,didn't think I'd ever get my expensive knifes sharp again,but this gets them to slice through paper easily . What a joy . Great product. Many thanks.
