The QR codes supplied on the devices do not work when using the app, so you have to set up and update firm ware manually via the IP address provided on each device. It’s a faf! Why the haven’t changed the app to suit the QR codes is ridiculous. If you you’re not tech savvy, then go elsewhere. But, if you are this is a great device once set up. I’m using an EE sim and getting 120mbs in a rural area. Very fast for a 5g sim. Update 11th June. I have had to reduce this product to 2 stars. The reason is the WIFI router keeps disconnecting and saying it can’t connect to the external modem. However there is nothing wrong with the modem as when I connect it direct to PC with Ethernet cable the internet connection is very stable. So the WIFI box is faulty.
