Also it contains "saccharin sodium sweeteners. **Q: Is this one flavoured?** A: Orangey but a slightly different flavour from the one advertised as orange and has the same effect on the bodies regularity system. **Q: Are these fybogel mebeverine like you get from the doctor** A: I have some professional knowledge and happy to answer but I would hope that you might ask a pharmacist something like that. The answer is that, plain "Fybogel" contains just the one ingredient (derived from the vegetable ispaghula). However "Fybogel Mebeverine" contains the extra ingredient mebeverine - which is used to reduce crampy pains, especially if associated with irritable bowel syndrome.
