If it helps, these bags are the same size as round tea bags , just a little thicker. **Q: how much caffeine in each pod** A: Between 70-90 ml I have the strong roast, I like to taste the coffee, they do also do medium **Q: anywhere I can buy Senseo mug size** A: I don't know , have you tried Googling it? An alternate to mug size is use double coffe pods and press two cups button on machine but fill into a mug. I do like the taste and the intensity as somehow, despite many more flashy alternatives available, we continue to stick to our trusted Senseo machine (the 3rd machine we have had), probably because of the ease of use and the limited cleaning required. I must have a really boring job, as I need to drink a lot fo coffee during the day to keep me going. Nevertheless I’m not a coffee aficionado - I would not taste the difference between various types of coffee. (Though I avoid a particular brand from Seatle that always gives me stomach ache after the third cup). Senseo might not be the best coffee out there, but to me its a very acceptable, creamy alternative. If it’s not strong enough I would refer to the dark-roast Senseo pads. Importantly, these are not the double pads often sold in the UK supermarkets - if you are lucky to find Senseo pads to start with.
