Can't recall having any problems with the initial connection and it connects reliably whenever I'm using it. Works as expected. Its not an Apple keyboard so the keys are slightly different in terms of travel and feel. All keys do as they should. It goes to sleep if left on, which is nice, preserves battery. Sometimes when using it I need to hit the enter key twice for it to register the newline but cant pin it to any particular thing or reason. Have used it for google docs, coding with visual studio code, using iTerm terminal app. It has been fine in terms of keeping up with my typing - am not a touch typist but not a one-fingered typist either :-) Overall I'm happy with it for the purpose I need it for - a lot cheaper than the Apple one. Whilst I have a Apple magic keyboard I use with my work computer I don't want the faff of connecting and disconnecting from different Macs.
