When delivered the end of my box was torn wide open and I was worried pieces would be missing or broken, but everything was fine. One metal piece has a small scratch but its the mattress frame and you can't see it. I put it together myself with a power drill, took a little over an hour. It is quite heavy though, when I had my mattress delivered I had to ask the delivery guys to move it into the bedroom for me. The hardest part was closing the hydraulics for the first time. I had to go push down hard on each side a few times before they finally 'broke' and went down. Also, I had to keep something on the frame to hold it down until my mattress came in - I used the shipping box and a heavy blanket. Makes no noise moving around on the bed. Only thing- The plugs on the power strip are too close together to use both at the same time with USB adapters, but that's a small complaint for how awesome this piece is. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sleep away... *by L***B on February 8, 2025* After reading the reviews I bit and bought!!! Only issue is that the charging part is defective and the UsB port won’t work with any USB cable. Size is great a bit lower than what I was used to.
