Review: Great Torque Wrench! - Like some others, I was looking to replace an old Craftsman wrench that had failed. I knew I wanted a click style analog wrench and did not want one that required batteries that would inevitably be dead when I need the wrench the most. I also wanted an easy to read scale. This wrench is very easy to read while setting, and seems to be very well made. Some mention the length of the wrench, but I wanted something that would fit in my tool box (Craftsman) which this does and still give sufficient leverage. I had no problem torquing lug nuts with the length of this wrench. It's nice to get a certificate with the wrench to show it's accuracy. I was happy to see that their customer support is based in the USA. As also mentioned by others, desertcart could definitely do a better job in packaging for shipment- the box was twice the size needed with one small piece of packing paper that gave no protection. With a lifetime warranty (for personal use), this is a great value in a quality torque wrench!
Review: Quality Look and Feel - This tool replaces my 50 year old Craftsman clicker. I have a an E-350 Sportsmobile with alloy rims and have had 4 rims crack and distort between the center bore and lugs holes over the years. I believe this is due to improper torquing by various shops. I just replaced all 4 rims with new tires and 32 new McGard lug nuts and was not going to have a kid at Discount Tire use a air wrench to zip them up and maybe not apply the proper incrementing to 140 ft-lbs. with the proper pattern. Since the old wrench had not been calibrated in 25 years I wanted to start these ProComp 7069 rims off right. The eTork arrived quickly, has a quality look to it and is easy to adjust and use. I have to assume it is accurate and for my infrequent home (2 vehicles) use will remain so. My only issue is that for my large hands I completely cover the grip and lock knob. On the higher settings (>120) this can lead to me accidentally unlocking the knob at the click and then unintentionally cause a change in the setting if my hand slips a bit. Now that I'm aware of it I just have to pay attention but when you are working around an 8 lug pattern you really don't need the interruption. I decided the tool is still worth a 5 star overall since not everyone would experience this and it is easily mitigated. I have not reviewed other reviews so do not know if anyone else has noted this. I would consider this a minor design deficiency.

Like some others, I was looking to replace an old Craftsman wrench that had failed. This wrench is very easy to read while setting, and seems to be very well made. Some mention the length of the wrench, but I wanted something that would fit in my tool box (Craftsman) which this does and still give sufficient leverage. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great wrench for the $

As an ex gear head I still know quality tools when I hold them. One thing is changed, I don’t need the most expensive stuff anymore that is guaranteed to take a lifetime of beating. As a casual wrencher I can choose more affordable tools for the job. This wrench however is quality at a quality price. What drew me to it was the indicator for the settings. Easy to read 100% satisfaction that you are on the right number. It comes in a nice box to store it in as well. I have a few torque wrenches in my shop but I got this one to keep in the trundle of my car so I could check the wheels every now and then when think of it. It suits this job perfect. Compared to my other wrenches it has the most satisfying “click” at the desired torque level. It’s apparently rated to torque in the counter clockwise direction as well so that’s good for left handed thread things if you ever find them. Do not mistake this feature as the ability to loosen or break loose things. This will certainly destroy any torque wrench. Great wrench! For the limited use it will have I know it will last my lifetime
