Everything required to mount TV to the lift is included. Easy to figure out. The only negative if you could call it one, was how slow it is. Still, slow means more lifting power. Put this on a 50" TV and made an enclosure. For the lid, I used a 2x12x42" Needless to say, the lid is heavy. This lift doesn't struggle or get louder. Just picks it right up.
