Review: Worth it! - This equipment is excellent. It is sturdy and holds up to the weight capacity. It's easy to use and I'm happy to have found this instead of paying $200 per month at a Pilates studio!
Review: Solid, comfortable & sturdy, just not 100% smooth glide - I'm new to Pilates (I was introduced to it at my chiropractor's office), and after some browsing, I selected this item. Despite not having many reviews, it looked sturdy, large enough, and I was sold on the "quiet glides" (I figured it's probably the key component to pay attention to). For the most part, pretty good. The foam handlebar was slightly damaged, otherwise, I was able to assemble it easily. Having now used it for 3+ weeks (mostly following workout videos on YouTube), I can attest to its sturdiness, correct size (I'm 5'10"), comfortable cushions, and solid overall usability. The only downside, as far as I can perceive, are in fact the glides/rollers -- it's just not a 100% smooth ride. It's pretty quiet alright, but there's some "bumpiness" along the tracks; they just aren't laser flat, or perhaps the rollers aren't tops. Of course, the only unit I can compare to is at my chiro, which I assume costs 5-10x the price. So, I suppose I can live with that. As long as nothing else comes up, it's a keeper!

### ⭐ Customer Service is the WORST

To be clear, the reformer itself is as described. The customer service is the absolute worst. I bought this reformer a while ago, and because I am LAZY AF i just tried to put it together in early July. Found that the screw hole for the 2nd bumper did not line up with the hole in the reformer and contacted the company to try to get a replacement on July 5 26. I sent multiple pictures of the part and the issue and let them know that I installed the one on the right side without any problems. MULTIPLE times they responded telling me that their engineers have found that the problem was that I did not understand how to install it and offered to send me the install video that I told them I already had and followed precisely. Finally after standing my ground and sending MORE pictures as evidence that I had installed the other one correctly (so many emails back & forth..) they offered to send me a replacement part for $20. I paid the $20 without argument since it had been so long since I purchased (because I’m LAZY.. Yes.. I know.. ) and FINALLY received the part on 7/24. The part fit exactly like the 1st one, so I drove to Lowe’s and bought a small metal file and expanded the reformer hole slightly so that the screw could go in straight. I have a working reformer today minus $20 for the extra part that did not help and the purchase of the metal file and work to make it fit. My bad for being a lazy ass and not installing this sooner but the company basically went out of their way to NOT be helpful. Good thing I’m handy or this thing would have been in the trash next week. Consensus.. Buy a reformer from someone else.. Lots out there in this price point.
