What should have been a good system was spoilt by my unable to get it to connect to internet

The set up process was pretty smooth (though did need to restart 1 section) Specs and performance are good, little disappointed by the number of ports on the satellite unit but relatively minor issue. The signal is good without the need for many aerials so the units are pretty unobtrusive. App mostly seems easy to use and reliable so far.
