All other items were in tact condition. Overall the Flexible tripod is well crafted and seems to be a quality build. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a flexible mini tripod.As for the broken piece, I contacted the Product's Customer Service via email and sent them the picture I took of the broken piece that holds the camera phone. They immediately sent me another tripod at no additional cost.
