In November 2023, I bought the EVO Sustainable Goods 8" Plate, they are great. I don't understand why they don't make the 10" plates. Great products. I am washing these by hand since they are being used in my camper and I noticed in a review the talk about bending and breaking after continuous use in a dishwasher. Shouldn't be surprising since if you wash your wooden anything in a dishwasher with high heat it's going to warm the wood. I haven't had an issue and don't think I will hand washing them. One issue is the larger 10" plates come with stickers right in the middle of every plate. These are bothersome to remove and I had to put some WD40 on the sticky parts to rub them off and then wash them. They are lighweight and mostly unbreakable. They do, however, scratch easily and over time and too much microwave become brittle.
