I know it should be refrigerated I want to make sure it arrives that way.** A: I've had Barlean's products (Omega Twin and Omega Swirl) shipped to Afghanistan (through the APO) and it usually takes about 1.5 - 2 weeks and I've never had any issues with taste or smell arising from rancidity. Granted, it's likely that it wasn't sitting in open sunlight, but I can presume that it was sitting in high temperatures while enroute to my FOB for sure.
