Reasonably priced and quick delivery 👌 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gentle treatment *by A***R on 22 June 2026* Bought this after starting mounjaro and struggling with a much slowed down gut. My daughter used to have the prescribed children’s version as a toddler when she had issues, and I remembered how gentle and effective it was for her. What it does is rehydrate what’s in your intestines, so have this and plenty of water and it helps bulk up and soften things to move it out gently. It does work but it’s not a “have one sachet and wait” type of treatment, so bare that in mind. It’s something you’d have at day 3 when you first notice things aren’t normal. I needed 4 sachets over 2 days before things moved and then I went back to normal, and I then upped my fibre through food and had a bit extra water. The taste is not great; who wants salty citrus?! Ha but I have to say I got used to it kind of eventually. Just the initial 2 glasses were hard work.
