It’s soft to touch but definitely not worth the price it is. Probably worth half the price but it is what it is, four stars because of how soft and comfortable it is. This was brought for our last dog who had hip issues a perfect height for him as a chairanb very comfy as a bed too. Foam is thick and very firm.
