I’ve been able to remove my mouthguard that I purchased from ASD. They are great for reading in bed. You flip it on the long end and it allows you to sit up and when you get tired, you can lay it down, scoot up about halfway on the wedge and go to sleep.

This wedge pillow helped enormously, I could roll to the side, swing down the legs and push up without using much force. Looks like it is holding up well after a week of use. We love these things we bought two and the best thing for me was that it actually stopped me from snoring. I’ve been able to remove my mouthguard that I purchased from ASD. Helping with snoring from sleep apnea, little more rest. When lying on side makes shoulder hurt thou. Slide down on it during the night. However, overall it does help.
