Review: Affordable quality - Good quality, no break in boots. I've been wearing these for years. I use them for hiking and camping, and work till they get old, and then they get lawn duty. This is probably my 5th pair. They run true to size.
Review: Good value - Took a star off because these definitely needed an insert for me. Unlike other reviews, I’m still breaking them in after several hikes. I think they’ll be fine as they get more mileage. Grip is very good. For the price, it’s a solid day hiker.

Sturdy and comfortable boots. l have plantar fasciitis in both feet. They are stylish ,and my own arch inserts make these my boots of choice. I wear them probably 50% of the time. Just what I expected from Timberland. The outer is suede-ish, so get some suede spray to protect them..
