You have to have the HDMI cable and the USBC plugged into the computer, not HDMI and the power port usbc. They give recommendations on software to download so that takes care of that part. People saying it doesn’t fit, or doesn’t work didn’t take the time to figure it out or just look at the photos on this listing. I will agree that it would be great if it went edge to edge for a better fit and finished look. Also, the touch screen works just fine behind the tempered glass as you can see in this video. I too was thinking I was bamboozled for a second and it was just a regular screen but it is not. It is exactly ans andvertised.
