**Q: Does this come with a mains charger ?**
A: No it doesn't, just a USB cable

**Q: does anyone know how to create a profile on this?**
A: You have to connect it to a computer and download the windows or Mac ‘learning lodge’ software. That’s how you can create a profile and from there on download (limited) extra apps.

**Q: Got this as a gift for my Son but after one day the home button got stuck. Anything I can do?**
A: Short of sending it back, no.  Amazon are great for returns/exchanges though.

**Q: Does this watch have to be linked to a mobile phone?**
A: This operates with a USB charger, which comes with it.    Worked straight out of the box and my delighted six year old granddaughter went straight into the games.
