It works great because the compressor matches the output of two 120 watt panels using a solar well pump controller designed to run a down hole solar powered well pump. The compressor pumps air down hole and the air bubbles lift the water up 150 feet. The compressor is designed for continuous operation, has no oil and uses Teflon compressor rings. It's a good design.
