However, despite having the product professionally installed, the quality is appalling - number plates are barely legible beyond, say, 10 feet in the day, unrecognisable at night. I have been over the settings, resets, reformats, etc, and have contacted the UK distributors, but the fact remains that I have paid a lot of money for a product which is barely as good as strapping a 15 year old mobile phone to the car windscreen. As for sending for a refund, that would involve removing the car lining again to remove the hard wiring.
