It is very well engineered. The LED ‘rope’ encases the LEDs in a thick silicone rubber oval tube, creating a continuous strip of very even and bright light down one side. I have therefore installed these in a waterproof plastic IP65 junction box in the garden, linked to the house lighting circuit via conduit. The box was about £16 on desertcart. Had them a year now and no problems although not switched on for long periods. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for what I needed *by A***R on 4 May 2024* Overall I'm very impressed with these lights, they're dimmable and can but cut every inch or so which is exactly what I needed. I used them to install lights behind a TV panel I recently installed and as you can see in the video they did the job beautifully. Pros - . They're solid smooth lights so you won't get the LED spotted effect . In terms of quality I'd say they're reasonably priced . They come with everything you need to get them set up Cons - .
