I don't like gelatin and need desserts that are low in sugar. The chocolate flavor is good. These whip up nice and I'm able to get a good amount out of a box. I put the pudding in a small jar kept from another item. The lemon flavor wasn't any different. It was creamy, easy to make and set up quickly. The only thing is the lemon flavor wasn't very strong. Next time I make it I will be adding lemon juice and hopefully that will make pudding better. I also made banana pudding and realized that one needed more banana flavor too.
