After a few hikes/campouts I can say the backpack has been pretty durable and the quality is decent. We haven’t gone in the rain so I can’t speak to its waterproof qualities. Pros -large main zipper compartment allows easy entry to retrieve items in pack -many pockets and compartments -high volume to store lots of gear -adjustable straps allows the pack to confirm to your sizes so it’s comfortable for wearing Cons -front shoe compartment has a zipper that gets stuck nearly every time it’s used -not a lightweight pack -when it was shipped, the backpack was folding in half, I’ve yet to be able to get the fold out of the bag- it’s will not stay straight and always bends in half
