It will not respond to adjustments in Manual Mode. I understand this is due to the age and relatively basic communication functions of the 580, with it being a Mark One version. What I use this for is to put on the bottom of a canon flash. So that I can use it at the same time as my godox flashes. The transmitter on my camera is the X Pro C. There is another transmitter, which has a little screen on the back which would probably work, but the screen is so easy on the x pro, especially when you upgrade to multiple flashes. **Q: Would these work with any godox trigger?
