It’s also very easy to fold up for compact storage when not in use. The only thing we wish it had is a locking bolt. We have a hitch lock, but the carrier could still easily be taken apart at the hinge and removed from the vehicle, even with the hitch lock in place. We stopped at several auto parts stores but couldn’t find one that fit. I’d definitely recommend finding a compatible lock before traveling for added security. Overall, we were very happy with it and will continue using it for future trips!

Having a 2016 Kia Soul, you want to make sure you are putting the stabilizer threads up. You need to understand to go easy on dips. Overall it is a great product and serves my purpose at a reasonable price. For those having issues with the blue locks. They need to be tighten down now and then. This cargo carrier was perfect for our vacation! It saved us so much space and allowed all six of us to travel together comfortably.
