The cutting part came off after it had been banged around and exposed to moisture on my travels, and I had to keep track of this tiny cutter piece in my travel bag. Hoping they come up with a more durable travel case (bamboo plastic, perhaps?) where you can simply swap out the floss (refills).

I've also tried GUM expanding floss, and I prefer Dr. Tung's because it's thicker. The flavor did take some getting used to, but I barely notice it anymore. I have borderline gum disease with some 4mm pockets, and I've been flossing my whole life but constantly getting questioned by my hygienists about whether I'm actually flossing. My current hygienist immediately noticed a difference after I switched to this floss, and the last time I went in she even told me my teeth were boring! (First time I've ever heard this from a hygienist.) I'd say this stuff definitely works.
