The pockets are very spacious, the material feels well and moves well with you. Only gave it a 4 star because the material is a bit translucent and the sizing is a bit off. I ordered an extra large and it says that it is extra large, but really it looks and fits more lilke a large. For context, I am 5ft 10 inches and weigh 175 and the shirt barely went past my waist and the arms were a bit short.
