I changed from an old Sony Experia, swapped the sim over so still using the same carrier. The connectivity with this phone is shocking, erratic call video, portable hotspot drop outs and a terrible battery life. It takes forever to charge as well. I wanted a cheapish phone with EIS, but even that doesn't stabalise. Oh and the sound is awful too.
