Start with a fully charged battery and ride for two hours. Remove from the bike and power off. Two days later the battery is completely discharged. Update: To their credit Coospo immediately offered a full refund. The battery is currently holding and I really like the layout, configurability and functoniality so I will turn down their offer and continue to monitor performance to see if the issue occurs again.
