He was diagnosed with a tounge tie and had it snipped at 8weeks but was still struggling when bottle feeding. We switched to the Philips avent natural response bottles and teats and it made such a massive difference. Like breastfeeding the flow is controlled by the baby as the teats don't drip when there is no suction, so I found this a lot easier to work out the right size teat to use and when to size up. The bottles are super easy to clean as there are only 4 parts per bottle, you just need a bottle brush and use any steriliser you want. The bottles are easy to hold when feeding and the little picture is a nice touch. Review: Great bottles. - The baby really likes those bottles. I got two boxes to have spare for long days. Easy to clean and baby can hold them herself. They’re easy to hold, clean, and assemble, and the shape of the teat makes feeding feel more natural for my baby. We’ve had no issues with leaks or colic.
