Review: If you wanna good time you gotta have a good clock! - Love this clock for it’s such a conversational piece. You can put it anywhere you want and make it as small or large as you’d like, as long as there’s enough clearance for the hands. I’ve had several of these clocks and they are very durable and keeps good time. The only downfall is that the hands are made from a soft metal—aluminum I believe—and can easily bend where you don’t want it to bend. Ask me how I know?! But for the price of replacing the hands I felt it best to buy the whole kit. Another problem I’ve encountered (twice) through the years is ordering the correct size clock. When they arrived in a 6” box I knew it wasn’t the correct one. And when they arrived in the 12”box I knew I got the one I wanted. They all look the same size on the internet and I’m not sure if it’s the wording in the description that trips me up or what. I just return it and reorder another one. The included directions are very thorough and they provide the tools you need to get the numbers level and spaced evenly around the hands. My suggestion is that you follow the directions and utilize the paper tool provided so things can go smoothly.

The clock hands look modern and stylish, and they definitely give a clean DIY aesthetic to the wall. Installation was fairly straightforward, and the quartz mechanism seems to keep time accurately so far. However, the material feels a bit lighter than expected, and the hands are slightly thinner than what I imagined from the photos. You have to be careful when installing because they can bend easily. Also, the overall finish is decent but not premium. It’s a good option for a budget DIY project, but if you’re looking for something more sturdy or high-end, you might want to explore other options.
