They work with the microorganisms, fungi and organic matter in the soil to feed plants and stimulate growth. Our natural fertilizers are carefully blended from the best sources of organic nutrients in ideal proportions without the use of synthetics, growth stimulants or low quality fillers like poultry waste. You can be confident that you are giving your farm or garden the best product available, whether it’s a multi-purpose blend or a specialized soil amendment. Review: Will purchase again - Very happy with results. Used as top dressing and plants grew quickly. I use outdoors only so no problem with smell. I use for veg garden and butterfly bushes. Review: Does not burn the roots or leaves of my vegetables - I used this organic fertilizer in a large container (6-ft x 6-ft) to plant zucchini from seed this year and the plants have subsequently come up displaying large healthy, deep green leaves and big golden blossoms that are now developing into my summer crop of squash. I also used this fertilizer on my pole beans and they, too, are flourishing. I did not have to be afraid of the fertilizer burning my plants (which some non-organic fertilizers can do). Also, in my opinion, organic is better for the produce grown in it, without any chemicals leaching into the vegetables. (I don't actually know if that is a "thing", but in my mind, it is.) I also feel that using this organic fertilizer is safer for animals, birds, bees, or any other wildlife in our rural area when they happen to visit my garden. ## Features - Safe for the Environment: Non-toxic and safe for beneficial insects, pollinators, pets, and the surrounding ecosystem, promoting a healthier garden environment. - Versatile and Easy to Use: Suitable for a wide range of vegetables, and the 5 lb box is easy to apply directly to the soil or mix into garden beds. - Slow-Release Formula: Delivers nutrients gradually, ensuring long-lasting support for your plants and reducing the risk of nutrient leaching. - All-Natural Ingredients: Made from premium organic materials, providing a chemical-free, eco-friendly alternative to synthetic fertilizers. - Perfect for Vegetables: Specifically formulated with a balanced 4-4-4 NPK ratio to support healthy, productive vegetable gardens with strong roots, foliage, and fruit development. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Application Method | Apply directly to the soil or mix into garden beds | | Asin | B07DXLD2ZM | | Brand Name | Down To Earth | | Coverage | Full | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 4.8 out of 5 stars (2,546) 4.8 out of 5 stars | | Included Components | only product | | Item Form | Granules | | Item Type Name | Fertilizer | | Item Weight | 5 Pounds | | Manufacturer | Central Garden Distribution | | Mixing Ratio | 4-4-4 | | Model Number | 100532059 | | Number Of Items | 1 | | Number Of Packs | 1 | | Part Number | B07DXLD2ZM | | Specific Uses For Product | Plant Growth, Root Development, Suitable for various stages of vegetable gardening and different types of plants, including greens, tomatoes, and herbs | | Target Species | Plants | | Unit Count | 80 Grams | | Upc | 714360078547 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Down To Earth - **Item form:** Granules - **Item weight:** 2.27 kg - **Manufacturer:** Central Garden Distribution ## Images ![Down to Earth Organic Vegetable Garden Fertilizer 4-4-4, 5lb - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/8179D8JxMOL.jpg) ![Down to Earth Organic Vegetable Garden Fertilizer 4-4-4, 5lb - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81W81aZhKrL.jpg) ![Down to Earth Organic Vegetable Garden Fertilizer 4-4-4, 5lb - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91BW58TkNdL.jpg) ![Down to Earth Organic Vegetable Garden Fertilizer 4-4-4, 5lb - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81zdo4IKY5L.jpg) ![Down to Earth Organic Vegetable Garden Fertilizer 4-4-4, 5lb - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91weO7SQpIL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: How do i feed this to cannibus plant once a month?** A: Follow the instructions on the box. **Q: Does this dry fertilizer have mycorrhizae in it ??** A: No **Q: How much would i add to a 7gallon smart pot?
