Overall great value for video/photography & even as a desk light for longer periods of time while plugged in. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ β­β­β­β­β˜† Great Light Quality and Features β€” Minor Power Switch Quirk *by D***H on February 21, 2026* Overall, I’m very happy with the SMALLRIG Vibe P108 Pro RGB video light. The brightness is excellent for such a compact unit, and the color accuracy looks great (CRI 95+ really shows). The RGB modes and built-in effects are fun and useful for content creation, streaming, and creative shots. It mounts easily on a cold shoe and feels solid and well built. The light output is smooth, adjustable, and perfect as a fill light or accent light. Battery life has also been solid for my sessions, and it’s super portable to throw in a camera bag. The only downside is the power switch can be a little finicky. Sometimes it doesn’t turn on right away and needs to be switched off and on again. It’s also kind of a hassle having to use the power switch and then spin the dial before the unit actually activates. Not a deal breaker, but definitely something SMALLRIG could improve in future versions. Despite that minor annoyance, it’s still a great little RGB light with lots of features for the price.
