I wanted some natural eco friendly, non toxic cutting boards and these fit the bill. They are on the thin side which I have discovered is good because they are light weight and do not take up much room. I am able to store there at arms reach because of the size. I have used them for about a week and have not noticed any knife marks which was mentioned on other reviews. They are good looking and have little rubber "leafs" on each corner and both sides so that they stay in place when using them. I also like the cut out handle and juice grooves to keep the liquid from running onto the counter top. It is also reversible!
