Review: super Induktionskochplatte - Eine super Induktionskochplatte. An die „stufenlose“ Einstellung hat man sich schnell gewöhnt und weiß, wann welche Einstellung benötigt wird. Mit meiner Pfanne zeigte der Test mit Zucker Karamellisieren eine gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung. Ist sicher auch von der Pfanne abhängig. Mit der APP wird das Kochfeld noch zum Multitalent. In der APP können eigene Profile einstellt werden. Entweder 3 Stufen mit Leistung und Zeit oder Temperaturregelung und Zeit. 3 Stufen z.B. Aufheizen 99% für 3 Minuten, Kochen 30% für 15 Minuten und Warmhalten 4% für 20 Minuten. Mir gefällt besonders die Temperaturregelung. Zum Braten habe ich 140°C eingestellt. Selbst beim Aufheizen der Pfanne brennt nichts an. Bei meinen anderen Induktionskochplatten ist die Temperaturregelung so träge, dass schon alles verbrannt ist bevor die Regelung greift. Bei Wasser mit 80°C Einstellung blieb die Temperatur bei +- 2°C stabil. Eigentlich sollten die eigenen Profile aus der APP auf das Kochfeld übertragen werden können. Das ist mir bis jetzt noch nicht gelungen. Es wird irgendetwas übertragen. Ist aber nicht die gewünschte Funktion. Eine bessere Dokumentation wäre wünschenswert. Auch vielleicht ein Forum zum Informationsaustausch. Ich denke da stecken noch viele ungenutzte Möglichkeiten drin. Vorteile: - 99 Stufen Einstellung - Gute Wärmeverteilung - Konstante Leistung, kein „Pumpen“ - Mit der APP eigene Profile erzeugen - Mit der APP funktionierende Temperaturregelung - Flache Ausführung. Ist für mich nicht so wichtig. Nachteile: Kühlungslüfter laufen nicht nach. Kochfeld bleibt lange heiß. Zwar flach, aber relativ schwer. Schlechte Dokumentation. Vor allem in Verbindung mit der APP.
Review: È come avere il gas - È arrivata nei tempi previsti. Confezione perfetta. Il manuale è quasi come se non ci fosse, è utile solo per trovare facilmente l'app. La pagina è in Cinese, ma poco dopo inoltra a Google Play. Per usare l'app, è necessario iscriversi. Poi è abbastanza intuitivo, per chi già conosce lo stile. Chi non ha mai impostato l'automazione di casa, dovrà farsi un po' di cultura, magari su YouTube. Perché venga riconosciuto la piastra, bisogna accenderla e eventualmente abiliare Wi-Fi, non ho capito se era necessario. Comunque me l'ha riconosciuto subito. Una volta connesso, è possibile comandarla anche dall'app. Le modalità preimpostate sono da prendere come esempio. Si possono anche spostare nel riquadro da sincronizzare con la piastra. Non ho capito se funziona anche con le proprie modalità. Ma quelle predefinite si possono modificare. Ad esempio, la modalità Pasta scalda per 5 minuti a livello 99 e poi riduce a 50. Non si capisce la quantità di acqua :-) ... Evidentemente bisogna fare un po' delle prove. Quindi mi sono fatto due modalità separate, una per far bollire l'acqua e un'altra per cuocere la pasta: 15 minuti livello 99, da interrompere manualmente, e 12 minuti livello 25, perfetto per cuocere la pasta a basso fuoco senza che trabocchi o si attacca al fondo pentola. È così bello poter andare a fare altre cose, invece di fare il Baby Sitter alla piastra. Interrompo quindi il primo programma quando l'acqua bolle e inserisco subito la modalità per la pasta. E preparo il sugo senza preoccupazioni. Comunque, la regolazione è a impulsi, molto brevi e ben distribuiti, ma di 1000 W fino al livello 49 e poi di 2000 W fino al livello 99. Purtroppo, i tecnici non hanno capito, che bisogna regolare la tensione per regolare la potenza. Il metodo PWM è solo una simulazione fatta male. Riassunto PRO Granulare regolazione della potenza in pentola. Da tiepido a ardente, da circa 40°C a 220°C, in piccoli passi, a distanza di circa 2° C per ogni livello. È molto simile alla fiamma del gas. Mai più Baby Sitting della piastra. CONTRO Manuale buono solo per accendere il fuoco. Manovella troppo bassa e poco intuitiva; farò l'abitudine. Dimentica le impostazioni se va via la corrente, ma sembra di tenere quelle del WiFi. Meno male che la lingua predefinita è l'Inglese, con il Cinese avrei avuto lievi problemi. L'app è di qualità inferiore, ma con la buona volontà si riesce a fare qualcosa. SUMMA SUMMARUM Penso che sia un ottimo affare per chi mette l'arte ai fornelli in primo piano. Non credo che piastre da 1000€ siano migliori. La piastra a induzione con reale regolazione di potenza dev'essere ancora inventata. E il genio della programmazione dorme ancora.

Eine super Induktionskochplatte. An die „stufenlose“ Einstellung hat man sich schnell gewöhnt und weiß, wann welche Einstellung benötigt wird. Esta es una gran estufa! Muy compacto y lo más importante que regula suavemente el poder. Cocinar un placer. De menos temporizador durante 4 horas. Y tiene un sensor de temperatura, pero la temperatura no se puede establecer claramente, tal vez esto no es necesario.
