It nearly caused an accident. The quick-release lever on the back of the mount popped open allowing the adjustable phone holder to spin open. I have since modified the mount with a strip of duct tape to hold the clip down. (If I had a drill and a paper clip pin I would secure it so that the flip could not, even under the most rugged terrain, pop open). As an extra security precaution, I now have a dongle that I slide over the mirror of the bike, but I have not had any trouble since I started using the tape. See photos.Truthfully, it is a decent mount, but I would not buy it again unless the manufacture made a professional redesign.
